Freight - All shipments are F.O.B. factory. Damage claims must be handled by the consignee or dealer. If a shipment shows visable damage, sigh the freight bill "Damaged in Transit", call the carrier for an inspection, and file a claim with the carrier. In the case of concealed damage, again, ask the carrier for an inspection and file a claim. If assistance is needed, Ulrich Customer Service must be contacted within 2 days of delivery. If requests are made after such date, Ulrich will not be able to assiat you. DO NOT return the merchandise to the factory without written authorization and a Return Authorization Number from Ulrich. Overseas packaging extra.

Returns - Under no circumstance can a product be returned without advanced authorization from Ulrich including a Return Authorization Number. Returns must be requested within 30 days of shipment. Returns must be received by Ulrich witihn 30 days of authorization. Returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Credit applies only to goods returned in new condition. No returns or credit for filler pockets, special folders, or custom products.
