In co-operation with the DIGITEX 8/33 the real depth and location of all services can be found. Used to locate buried services with GIS and Survey mapping processes, using industry standard wireless connectivity.

The DIGISYSTEM^TMis the DIGICAT^TM 100 or DIGICAT^TM 200 underground service locator, DIGITEXTM 8/33 signal generator and DIGITRACE^TM service tracer. Now locating underground cables and pipes becomes a simple and speedy task. The system increases your onsite safety while saving time and money.

How to locate - Receiving reradiated radio frequencies through internal aerials, detecting the strength and direction of the received signals the operator is given the location and direction of the underground service. Mark the location of the service on the surface of the ground and the excavation team has a clear indication of where not to dig.

System components - The DIGICAT^TM can be used to find live (energised) power cables, trace buried metal services which reradiate signals, and when combined with the DIGITEX^TM 8/33 generating via specific tracing frequencies highly accurate results can be found. The DIGITRACE^TM allows tracing of plastic ducts, clay drains and other non-metallic conduits.
